Scheduled a service appointment to take my truck in for the oil change. Upon arrival, I get off and go in and literally have to walk around to try to find someone that can point me in the right direction(k the oil change. Upon arrival, I get off and go in and literally have to walk around to try to find someone that can point me in the right direction(keep in mind I am a customer, not an employee).I walk around for a few minutes then have to go to some random persons office (since NOBODY) asked me if I needed help...I asked for the office of Pam Rangel that guy said while sitting in his desk, never moving "yeah, she is over there "points with his finger. I go to her office, she is typing away, I stand there for a few minutes waiting to get her attention and she finally acknowledges me. I told her I was here for the oil change and she said okay I need your keys (no real directives just kinda "give me your keys") so I hand her my keys and there was silence, I would think that she would say "hey you can go sit in the lobby and enjoy some free water or hey the lobby is right there have a seat and I will follow up with you in regards to time etc. NOPE, NOTHING- SO I walked away and found the lobby and sat down and waited, she then came back and said "your truck has a recall so it may take over an hour to handle the oil and the recall" I said "okay" and THEN she reluctantly told me there were free waters and snacks (she seemed preoccupied with something else, not sure what but customer service definitely WAS NOT AT THE TOP OF HER LIST THAT DAY). Pam walked away and didn't really tell me anything further except that SHE would let me know when the truck was ready- an hour later I get a text from her saying "we want you to know your truck is ready and service hours"- NO DIRECTIVE LIKE PROCEED TO the cashier that is located here or there (I have no idea where to go and I did not know where the cashier was, I went by Pams office and she was gone for the day, I only found out that I needed to go to the cashier AFTER walking to service to get the truck- that guy told me I had to go back inside to see the cashier then I could get the truck)-So here I go AGAIN BACK INSIDE- WALKING AROUND TRYING TO FIND THE CASHIER-SOME GUY FINALLY MAKES EYE CONTACT WITH ME AND SAYS "OH THE CASHIER IS OVER THERE, POINTS WITH HIS FINGER AND WALKS AWAY-crappy customer service! I WILL SAY THAT once I finally found THE CASHIER she WAS VERY KIND and polite-she is one of your BEST employees- she was THE ONLY person that provided any guidance or direction- maybe you need to promote her because she seems to be the only person that has any "idea" of what customer service is! I had to let the cashier know that it was one of two oil changes that were promised to be free and she advised that the "service advisor" should have noted that on the service receipt--BUT HOW COULD PAM DO THAT IF SHE BARELY SPOKE TO ME? MAYBE YOU SHOULD COME UP WITH A SERIES OF QUESTIONS THAT YOUR ADVISORS SHOULD ASK WHEN A CUSTOMER COMES IN AND YOU REALLY NEED TO HAVE PEOPLE GREET YOUR SERVICE CUSTOMERS- APPROACH THEM AND ASK-WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR TODAY, HOW CAN WE HELP? I SERIOUSLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY! What ever happened to basic decent customer service? I also want to mention that once I got into my truck there was a note hanging stating I received a complimentary truck wash- I literally walked around my truck and inspected it and saw a big OIL SMEAR on the drivers side of the hood- another customer saw me and even commented "whats that big smear, is that oil?" so that "free wash" they said they provided was truly NOT completed and have the common decency to RUB AWAY that oil you left on my new truck! Unfortunately, I have a lot of other issues that I am about to email the top supervisor about too, I will utilize social media platforms to express my unsatisfactory experiences with this dealership- I should have known this was a bad deal when my truck was delivered to me reeking of cigarette smoke! I have asked for assistance with the odor in my truck (cigarette smoke) , the drivers side visor that was freaking stained with some kind of black substance (it was like this at the time of delivery), the scratches on the drivers side floor panel, the abnormal smear of some kind of cleaner on the back passenger side panel and now this very unfortunate service visit- funny thing is my sales person was in constant contact with me BEFORE THE SALE but the minute the truck was purchased and I explained all of these issues- not a whole lot of help has been provided- BUYER BEWARE! SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS HORRIBLE! More

Once again - Amazing service - Thank you Roy!! I've had such a wonderful experience with West Point Buick GMC --- I Just recently purchased a new GMC Sierra AT4 truck from them - and did so because I've had such a wonderful experience with West Point Buick GMC --- I Just recently purchased a new GMC Sierra AT4 truck from them - and did so because of the flawless and very personable service that I received from them over the past few years on my 2013 GMC 2500 HD Diesel... They have always taken such great care of me and that was the reason i went back when it was time to buy a new Truck. I've since had it in for some very minor service - but once again - i was treated as if i were the only customer they had -- with the greatest of respect, kindness, and professionalism. Roy was just great and took care of things very quickly for me and always with a Smile. This is like old fashioned service from the good-ole days and it means a great deal to me. It was taken care of the same day, and Roman in Service allowed me to text him for status updates or any questions I had, and he was very friendly and informative. Shane definitely made me feel that I was taken care of and that I was a priority. Never a bad experience dealing with anyone at this place. More

Bill Schoenfeldt is the best Service Advisor I h I've been going here for service since buying my new vehicle. They are always so nice and responsive. Bill Schoenfeldt is the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. He clearly cares about the job he does and it reflects in the service he provides to his clients. I currently have a GMC Yukon Denali and I was considering changing car brands soon. Because of Bill, I now think I'll stay with GM and I'll go with a Buick Enclave. More

Great ability to cater to customer’s needs I work with Tom and he’s been great at communicating what’s going kn with my vehicle and offering honest suggestions on services needed.
