They do not honor their Denali deals. They don't provide loaners during Service appointments. More

I was told by my Sales Person Omar Perez in September 2019 that transportation would be provided anytime I needed to utilize your Service Department as that perk is part of the Denali package. Your dealership did honor this 2 years ago when I brought my Denali in for warranty work. You had my Denali for about 1 week but called me each day to bring it back. Now I'm told don't you don't do loaners at all. The Sewell Cadillac dealership just down the road still honors that service to this day. In fact they actually deliver the loaner to my Daughters house and pick up her vehicle for any Service needs. Did I buy from the wrong dealership? What do you think? I will be in your dealership tomorrow morning to drop off my Denali to have my final warranty work done. I'll see you then.
