At the dealership our salesperson, Keisha James, heard my husband's wish list and produced the truck to match his list. I can't speak highly enough of Keisha! My husband & I connected with her right away. We've all been in the car market & know how sales ppl work but Keisha was different, she truly cared about us as her customer. This meant a lot to us. The financial side of the transaction took less than 10 minutes and our financial criteria that we spoke about over the phone, before visiting the dealership, was held to 100% with no deviation. This means a lot! They did not try to sell us something outside our budget. Fred in financing made the final step in this truck buying process a breeze.Hats off to this dealership from start to finish!! More

Service Needed I was having problems with my brakes and thought that i was going to spend lots of money getting them fixed. I myself tried to bleed them several times to no end. I finally decided that I needed some pro help. I stopped by to see them and on Monday they were backed up so I said how about tomorrow, Tuesday? OK 8:00am I was there. I brought with me some magazines to read thinking I would be there all day. Well less than an hour service manager(guy at the counter) came into the waiting room to tell me I was ready. As I said I thought hundreds but he told me $95 so I was happy. The brakes work "Great" The only bad thing I have to say is there was not any decaf coffee or doughnuts available, like I needed them. More

After about 1-1/2 months I have found a truck that I liked, but found out that it was sold to someone else. They had one similar, but with not all the options I wanted, but they were willing to install the options on the truck. I was contiplating on buying it, but after some time I decided to get it after talking over with my wife. I bought the truck and waiting for delivery when they install the options on the truck. To say the least, I was impressed with the swiftness and timeliness of my experience and would recommend them to all I come across with customer service skills. They are going to deliver the truck to my house with a full tank of gas as they go over all the features with me. I would call this red carpet express delivery! More
