Super Awesome! I came to this dealership looking for a trade using the USAA car buying service. Tim Vanderlaan was my sales consultant and he did a phenomenal job! I I came to this dealership looking for a trade using the USAA car buying service. Tim Vanderlaan was my sales consultant and he did a phenomenal job! I told him what I wanted in a new vehicle, my budget and what I wanted in trade in value for my Jetta and he made it all happen. When I told him I wasn't 100% comfortable yet with wanting to purchase, he was not pushy at all. He let me take the vehicle for a day to make up my mind and I ended up finding so many more cool features that I wouldn't have with a test drive alone. I came back the next day, talked to Ron, the finance guy (who was also super cool and extra willing to work with my budget) and now I'm a proud owner of a brand new Jeep! Everyone was extremely friendly and engaging. I think the word that comes to mind for me is they seemed genuine in their concern to meet our needs. Originally, we were looking for a 2012 to 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Stephanie sat down taking the time to write down exactly what we wanted. She even searched the inventories of "sister" stores, but to no avail. She and the dealership promised to let us know when a vehicle became available. Then the most unexpected thing happened. They proposed buying a new vehicle. (I know you are saying....right...stop rolling your eyes!) I was opposed until I saw the selling price. I hate the back and forth game, and I appreciated the fact that they didn't invite us to play. It was a fair price, and we now are the proud owners of a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited! More
