The used car was not as described on Ebay. I saw the vehicle on Ebay and after speaking with Ryan Carter several times, I drove 800 miles to purchase the vehicle and it was not as described. Easy to work with I already had a vehicle in mind that I wanted to purchase and worked out the price over the phone. The vehicle was ready for me to test drive when I I already had a vehicle in mind that I wanted to purchase and worked out the price over the phone. The vehicle was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. They had to replace a tire due to it developing a flat spot, and they gave me 2 more free years of oil changes for my inconvenience. They also loaned me another vehicle until mine was ready, and even delivered it to my house. They have a small play area for the kids, and our salesperson did a great job making sure they were taken care of, and after 3 hours at the dealership, that's no easy task. This dealership applies the Resistall (calls it a millennium package) product to all of their vehicles, so you'll pay for it if you buy a vehicle here (for better or for worse, depending on your point of view).
