At the beginning, I received a unrealistic price for the 2500 Tradesman Ram. I majored in business, so I understand the strategy of starting high and negotiating to meet in the middle. Receiving a good/fair price for a 2015 Ram 2500 and for our trade was most important to my husband and I. Stephanie, our sales advisor, was very nice and, while I know she wanted to sale us a truck, she wasn't pushy or inconsiderate of our feelings. Stephanie and Jamar were willing to negotiate what we felt was a fair price for our trade and for the price of the new 2015 Ram 2500. While we did spend all day at the dealership, it was a successful experience and we left the dealership with a price we felt was good/fair. All in all, the sales staff and finance personnel were helpful and wanted to do whatever it took to earn my business. However, my husband and I both have credit scores over 750, but for some reason the Finance Department could only get us a rate for 4.1%. Honestly, this is ridiculous. Two days later, I was able to get a finance rate at through my bank for 2.1%. #Really! I didn't like that the Finance Department tried to push one over on me. Anyone, I fixed that issue. I never felt pressured, and the environment was positive. I would recommend being prepared to push the sales team in respect to negotiating b/c the dealership is in the business of selling vehicles and you have to look after your finances in the long run. More

Excellent My visit to CCJDR was to fix the repair another dealer was supposed to have done. Which BTW I would not recommend to a kid to have his Tonka toy repaired. I ended up having to do half of the job myself because they couldn't do it, so they deducted some of the cost. (great way out guys) and after waiting three weeks all I wanted was my ride back. CCJDR looked at my problem which was left over from the other guys. They not only took it into their shop to fix they did it for nothing. The service team saw my pain and like a team of real pros fixed it. I think even they were embarrassed for me. Great team ,clean shop, and I will recommend them to anyone at anytime. If you work there then be proud of yourself. More

TJ Hinson was such a pleasure to deal with. He was rather new to the dealership, but he didn't hesitate to make us feel right at home as if he had worked there for years. After the paperwork was signed, he made sure to show us where the service and parts department were located. The entire dealership was very clean and well lit with a picture window into the mechanics shop; that was unique! We look forward to going back when it's time for the first oil change!
