First RAM. This was my first experience with a dealership in over 10 years. They worked with me to get the price that I wanted out of my trade in. I was a little disappointed when I realized that my used 2014 RAM did not come an owners manual and that I should have know that before the deal was done. I was told that it wasn't part of the deal after I had signed the papers. My fault I guess but I feel like an original owners manual for a 2014 model wouldn't have been too difficult or expensive for the dealer to acquire for me to make me a happy customer. Besides that I am happy with my new Ram and hope that the dealership is there for me over the next 3 years while it is under warranty. More

They called me RIGHT away and answered all of my questions. Jamar did not rush me off the phone and was very, very pleasant to speak with. My husband drove over an hour out to the dealership the next day because they were so warm and friendly. He drove away with a brand new Dodge Charger and loves his car. The only thing that disappointed me was the condition of the vehicle, there was some small things that I would expect a dealership to have fixed before showing to potential buyers.
