Terrible Made appointment a week out for recall service on both our vehicles. Was told it would take about an hour for software update. Brought them in @ 7:30 which was supposed to be first appt. waited 45 min for the shuttle as there were no courtesy vehicle available. After several phone calls checking the status, they were finally ready 5 hrs later. They kept making excuses that they were flooded with the recalls. They why make the appointments or take too many at one time? I would have made other arrangements had I known it was going to take 5 hrs. More
