Dealership kept my Jeep Gladiator Rubicon LE for 15 days to complete an oil change, 5-tire rotation and to fix a TPMS issue that has been ongoing since last November. The oil change and tire rotation was ta to complete an oil change, 5-tire rotation and to fix a TPMS issue that has been ongoing since last November. The oil change and tire rotation was taken care of. The TPMS sensor issue was not. When picking up the Gladiator, it was suggested that perhaps the wheel weights could be disrupting the signal from the TOMS sensor to the module and perhaps getting one specific tire/rim could be rebalanced (at NTB or Discount Tire) and maybe that would address the TPMS error. IF this was a solution, I would have expected the service department to complete this “suggestion”. The Gladiator is, after all, covered under warranty. I couldn’t risk keeping the Gladiator at the dealership any longer as I had an off-road trip planned two days after picking it up. If you’re going to make a suggestion, go the extra mile and follow through. There’s a Jeep dealership three miles from my house and the dealership that I purchased the Gladiator from, but I chose to do business with Classic. I hope I’m not making the wrong choice. More
