My experience at Classic was the worst experience I have had at a dealership. I purchased my Grand Cherokee on March 11,2020 and had problems within 2 weeks. False promises from service manager, advisor was really friendly and helpful but everyone else doesn’t seem to have a clue what is going on nor have any answers for anything.
