Frank answers his phone and easy to work with. I wish I knew up front the car had only one key. That wouldn't have changed my decision at all... its just a point of frustration when I'm told ill get the 2n knew up front the car had only one key. Another point of frustration was traveling across country to purchase and not getting much reassurance that the car was held for me even though I made the deposit to hold it. Fair price and friendly.
