Customer service was horrible. After I asked for daily updates, I never received a call. I had to call multiple times because I rarely got an answer and when I did I would only be forwarded to somebody’s updates, I never received a call. I tried to escalate my concerns and asked to speak to the manager/supervisor. I never was given the chance. The dealership says on the website that “service loaners were available” but they weren’t. My car was in service for one week. More

Wish I could pick a zero star. The first couple of times we went it was great, but this last time, was not. When we got in our truck, it was filthy. either his sweat or oil was all on the leather and door. we went it was great, but this last time, was not. Then, when we got home, we noticed OIL was dripping out, My husband had to tighten the oil filter!!! the whole experience was horrible . Just plain horrible service. Not sure we will be going back.
