I wasnt looking for a car when I arrived at Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Arlington but I had the ability to drive home in a beautiful 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Horrible experience. Waited over 4 hours to get a replacement battery. Was told to show up before 7am and I was 2nd in line. Didn't help! My car went in 3 weekends in a row for safety recalls and to investigate a metal rattling and fix the steering. The safety recalls and steering were fixed the 2nd weekend. They claimed the rattling was from the steering too. It wasn't. The next weekend it went back in and this time I was called by Jessica and she said the words, "All we can find is some sounds on the shock so we ASSUME you need a new shock." I told her I didn't want a new shock and that I didn't want the mechanic to "assume," I wanted a for sure fix. She said this would fix it and that "we would never sell you a part that wasn't necessary." A new shock was placed on and my car still made the same rattle all the way home. I immediately turned around, picked up the level 3 mechanic and drove with him to make sure he could hear the metal rattling. He said he COULD hear it and that he knew I didn't need a new shock but he was told by Jessica to put it on. When I dropped off the mechanic, I told Jessica what he said about a new shock not being necessary and that I WAS charged for a part that was not necessary. She blew it off, laughed about it, and was kind of shocked that he threw her under the bus. They then said it would take longer than a weekend to figure out the rattle and my car then went in for 25 days in a row. Jessica gave me 3 different numbers to text her. She refused to answer any of my tests though. Very unprofessional. I then received a voicemail from yet a different number than the original 3 and Jessica said my car was ready. I came during my lunch break and it took 20 mins to get my car. No one checked my loaner car in personally. I did not even get to sign anything that said I turned it back in. When my car came, it was obvious that it hadn't moved in quite some time. The tires were all low and there was caked dirt all over the front windshield. The rattling is STILL there. I will never use this place again. More
