Worst dealership service ever, no one wore a mask, the service Michael Dykes was not honest. I was without my vehicle for 6 days after promising me 1 ,price quote 150$ more than quote. It's I appreciate Chris Piersons hard work trying to get Chrysler group "Lifetime Warranty" to cover the repair, unfortunately he was unsuccessful. It's sad that Chrysler sold me this policy for $2000.00 and said it was an extension of the original warranty, but then failed to honor it. Chris was very cordial in his dealings and communications with me and would definitely recommend him as a top notch service advisor! I got the vehicle back and so far everything is functioning properly however I have only driven about 20 miles. I really like the capitol improvements that have been made to the facility and am impressed with the new service area that is under construction. I will continue to use your dealership for service when needed. More
