The sales rep Mr. Hall was nice and friendly. He picked me up from the airport, which I appreciated. I would give him 5 stars. The dealership thou does not. Now, I have an additional expense on getting a second key fob for my vehicle which I think the dealership should of provided me, which is shameful. You did not make me fell like I got a good deal .It might be a used vehicle but you made me fell like it's too much of an expense for you to do the right thing! More
I didn't want to leave a feedback as I am not planning on returning to your location for any future services or business. Not once by twice I had subpar service experience at your location. I scheduled my services online and I specified why I am scheduling my services for. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was asked what services I needed. So I mentioned all the services that I needed and also reminded the service person that I added all the needed services online and hopefully he has access to that. I was under the impression when I scheduled my services online, service person would have access to that information and I shouldn't have to explain again why I am there for. At any rate, I am not really upset over that. What I am upset over is, out of multiple services that I requested only one is done. I wanted oil change, wiper replacement, keyfob battery replacement, tire pressure system sensor check, inspect/rotate tires. However only oil change was done and it took you guys over an hour to perform even though it seemed like including myself, only two vehicles were there for services at that early hours. I was told you are out of keyfob batteries (kind of hard to believe), but no explanation as to why other services weren't performed. When I noticed none of the other services were performed, by that time I was upset and didn't even want to bother to ask about it. Not only that, I have an ODBC device in my vehicle that provides Wi-Fi and collect different data. They took it off and didn't even bother to put it back. It was laying on the floor. This happed both times that I visited your dealership. So that tells me, this probably is a common practice at that location. My dashboard settings was also changed. Really unacceptable. I will post my experience on social media site, so other people can make an informed decision before they visit your dealership. More

The sales team misled and underperformed in all areas. I bought a new vehicle that was less than new. I have a hard time getting returned calls in order to fix the problem. They continue to give me the run around on when my parts will be in, They lost my license plates for a couple of weeks. I purchased the vehicle back in December and now we are approaching March and the problems have not been fixed. I would highly discourage anyone from buying here.
