Took my car in for some work and had to return once I picked it up since part of the work had not been performed. When I got back it was performed quickly with apologies. Not sure if it was my communication since I requested a set interval job be performed or if it was the dealer not hearing properly what I wanted done since it was the first service done on the vehicle it should have been automatic. Cody has been awesome throughout the entire time I’ve been coming in for service. The windshield was broken but he allowed me to take my truck over the weekend and had the windshield replaced that Monday been coming in for service. Big mistake charging 3% for using credit card now especially when services are already super expensive and can easily cover for credit card use. GM card users are reluctant to use card to earn point especially when services are already super expensive and can easily cover for credit card use.
