Nice people and basically a good truck. However, there are a few issues… Sales rep told me that the truck has brand new tires, and I assured him that they were clearly not new. He in However, there are a few issues… Sales rep told me that the truck has brand new tires, and I assured him that they were clearly not new. He insisted they were new, but it is clear from the date codes on each tires that they are at least two years old. The truck is a certified used vehicle and according to the paperwork that was furnished, everything was checked including all brake parts. It is obvious when driving the truck that there is either a bad wheel bearing or a warped rotor on the front. I was assured in advance by the sales rep that a few dings and nicks in the paint would be taken care of and touched up, but this was not done. The Sales Rep said he would make sure it was done, but apparently forgot to check. More

Marca is always awesome! She consistently goes above and beyond expectations to not only provide the best care for my car but also help me make sure my car lasts a long time She consistently goes above and beyond expectations to not only provide the best care for my car but also help me make sure my car lasts a long time. I felt an unusual vibration and thought it was a tire issue but Discount Tire checked it and assured me that it was not a problem with the tires. I took my car to Marca and explained my concern and told her that Discount Tire had checked the car including removing, inspecting, and rebalancing all 4 tires. Even though Marca was busy, she worked my car into the shop. Rather than only telling me what was wrong, Marca took me all the way back to see for myself. As soon as I saw my car on the lift, it was obvious even to me that the issue was indeed the tire. I was thrilled with Marca's exceptional service. She didn't have my size tires in stock, so she called another place to see if they did. Marca always makes sure my car was safe and well-maintained! I will not trust my car with anyone else! Thank you to Marca and the mechanics of Classic Chevrolet!!! More

Andy was very dedicated from the very start. me first attempt to buy a Tahoe did go through, because I was to slow in making my mind up on the interest rates. However, when Andy called me and told me about another High Country Tahoe. I was not going to miss out. My wife and I are very picky about colors. We love the Mocha interior and Black exterior and when Andy heard a Tahoe about fit us to a tee, he did not hesitate, "Thank you Andy" I put a $1,000.00 down to hold the Tahoe so it did get purchased before I could get to the dealership. Once the Vehicle arrived and cleared Quality Control, Andy called me and I was there the next day. The next hurtle was buy, I came into the dealership with a pre-approved loan from our favorite loan vender and found I miscalculated the loan amount. My fault, no doubt. However John Reid step in and said no problem. My preferred loan vender was Classic's preferred loan vender as well. John got the deal closed with a very satisfactory interest rate and I drove my new 2023 Tahoe High Country out of the dealership as a very proud owner and very satisfied Classic Chevrolet customer. Thank you so very much!!!! However John Reid is not listed in the "Rate People You Worked With" So I.m rating him anyway with 5 STAR rating as well. I am a very happy customer "John Cooper" More

Your service center is terrible. Last 3 times that I came in for a oil change and service it has been the worst that I ever got. This was the key factor that I went to another Chevrolet dealership to custom order a brand new 2022 3500 Silverado High Country. This was a $100,000 truck and because of your service department I went somewhere else. When I get ready to trade my Tahoe in for a new Suv I will make certain to keep in mind where am I going to get the best service for my vehicle. You guys need somebody out in your service area that is in charge and making sure that the customers are getting taken care of. There is no focus and communication with customers waiting on vehicles. Also the cashier ladies are a joke. Customer service there is worse than in the shop. We are waiting in line to check out and they are having conversations with themselves about personal remodels, shopping, etc..... We are ready to get out of there after we have waited 2 hrs on a oil change. This is ridiculous. This has happened to me the last 3 times that I have been in there. Yesterday we waited over 3 hrs. Other customers was coming and going and nobody was even working on our Tahoe. The only good thing that come out of the day is they gave me my oil change at no charge. We do appreciate that. Thank you. But when we go to spend another $80,000 to $100,000 on another vehicle I will expect to buy it at somewhere that they care about the business and customer service. More
