At first sight seen some minor cosmetic concerns on the car, but this dealership has went above and beyond since that day to ensure that we are happy & have taken care everything. We have felt welcome & comfortable dealing with Bruce Gramm, Valerie Leigh, Nick Hollingsworth, & Ty Kent. The entire Service Department has also been extremely amazing. We will be back...this is actually my third car that we have bought from Classic over the last 15 years, but this is my first New Internet Purchase. This team has truly made this experience wonderful, we will be back! More

Don't care at all. I went in looking for a new truck. I knew what I wanted and made it clear I didn't need to be sold a truck. If I like how it drives I'll buy. After test drive Vernon explains that this truck is in crazy high demand (lie). Offers 900 off sticker and nothing, final offer. Took me 3 minutes on my phone to find the same truck for 5k off sticker. I show Vernon who just says "Well guess you weren't a serious buyer" and walks away. I bought later that day from another dealer. More

He let us decide. Very honest about all the vehicles and just made our experience enjoyable. I recently referred my parents to him and yet again he was able to get my parents a great deal and they to said it was the best vehicle purchase and experience they ever had. Classic's salesmen, finance team and automotive department is the best around. Will NOT go anywhere else to buy a vehicle!! Classic rocks! Vernon is as good as gold!! Thank you all! More

Bad New Car Experience I bought a brand new 2016 Suburban, at around 13K miles, a part of the transmission went out, with Chevy Roadside leaving me waiting on the roadside f I bought a brand new 2016 Suburban, at around 13K miles, a part of the transmission went out, with Chevy Roadside leaving me waiting on the roadside for 5 hours, thanks Roadside! A tow truck finally arrived, took me to Keystone Chevrolet, which they were absolutely worthless, did I mention worthless?! I ended up having AAA pick my Suburban up from Keystone and took it to Owasso Classic Chevrolet. It took 3 weeks before I was able to get a call about my Suburban. I called several times trying to get someone to work with me. I asked if they would be able to trade me out of my current Suburban into a Suburban of equal value, which they said they could. I told them my wife didn't feel comfortable driving something that already had engine troubles with only 13K miles. I eventually stopped by the dealership to see if I could do anything to move things along. Their idea of help to me was trying to sell me another vehicle at a more expensive monthly payment, when I said no, I was told I could leave and they would look for me a vehicle of the same value, which was originally what I was told, which is the main reason I made to the trip to the dealership in the first place. After 3 weeks, my Suburban was finally fixed. It's been about 6 weeks now, no help on getting me traded out of my Suburban, I have to call weekly to find out the status. Poor communication on the dealerships part. However, not to be all negative, the Service Director, Mike Fitzpatrick was outstanding. Of all the key people who could have help me throughout the entire process, it was the service director. He returned my calls regarding the status of my vehicle, he even worked on getting me a months payment for all my troubles. Mike's a rockstar! Kent Schaub was also a rockstar, he sold me the vehicle, but really didn't have a lot of control over the situation, but stayed in communication with me. Oh, I definitely don't want to leave out GM Headquarters, waste of time, did I mention waste of time! They were no help! They did their 'song and dance' about how sorry they were for my troubles, blah, blah, blah but really didn't offer a solution. They created and sold me a lemon and yet somehow made me feel like the entire situation was my fault, hmmm. To make a short story long, once I trade my Suburban out for another one, I will probably look at a Toyota or maybe even a Ford, maybe they will have better customer service, not to mention a better vehicle. Don't do it This is the second time we have dealt with classic Chevrolet Should never have returned We bought a Chevy Cruze in 2012 and were told that we This is the second time we have dealt with classic Chevrolet Should never have returned We bought a Chevy Cruze in 2012 and were told that we tow it behind her motorhome Thankfully I review the owners manual when we got home and found and inserted paper that said the car could be damaged if towed and the warranty would not be honored Y know that you all are welcome to call or call the salesman at that time Cleared out the mechanic we spoke with regarding this said to do it anyway and if it broke down to just apply for the warranty My husband called the head mechanic and he said do not do it This month we were called several times by Royce offering a good deal on a 2016 Was unable to reach him back and spoke with Marcus Bought the car with the agreement that a CD would be installed in the trunk ( weird ). This was to be completed last Thursday Today is Wednesday of the following week Marcus has not returned our calls Spoke with Casey today and he assured us he would get back with us No call More

Horrible Service and Disrespectful The service was horrible! I bought my first car and had lots of questions, Dustin Davis, my salesperson, had no time for them. After signing my papers The service was horrible! I bought my first car and had lots of questions, Dustin Davis, my salesperson, had no time for them. After signing my papers I never heard from him again; despite calling and leaving voicemails. I was given a loaner car since they sent my car to Kia, the first car they gave me was out of gas and had thread showing on the front tires they were so bald! After taking that car back immediately I got another loaner and again had to go straight to the gas station. I went in to talk to the General Manager but instead spoke with Casey, who was everything but helpful! This might be a good place to buy a car if they would take the time to help you and actually follow up their customers, especially a USAA costumer! This was not the case for me. I will never buy a car from here again, and I suggest that you don't either, unless you want a huge headache and no respect! More
