Bought my new 2024 Silverado 1500 12/30/24. Now I take my truck to a different Chevy dealer for routine maintenance and they DO NOT OFFER NITROGEN TO INFLATE MY LOW TIRE PRESSURE TIRES. In fact, they don’t even check my tire pressure at all, and each tire is 5 lbs low. IF ONE CHEVY DEALER OFFERS NITROGEN, THEY ALL SHOULD!!! More

I took my Duramax in for service due to a misfire, and I was educated and advised to make the right decisions on getting the problem repaired and resolved. Neal in Service really knows how to take care of customers and I was able to make the right decision while tear down of the area of my engine Was in process to go ahead and go the extra step to replace other parts that were potentially going to need service in the future thus for creating a great financial experience. I really appreciate a thorough attention to detail and communication and timelines. It took the entire team to get me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. Ordered spark plugs for my 2021 chevy equinox. Spent four hours on the phone telling them they sent wrong part. These guys in parts department have no clue what they are doing. I took my High Country in for it's first oil change, primarily because they said they would do it for free. Took about an hour and a half, as I had called it in prior to me getting there. BUYER BEWARE the vehicle engine went out after only 4 months! Caused EXTREME mental and financial anguish. When they made us a “discount “ to fix it for 8,500 DOLLARS, it sat there for a week with absolutely no movement towards repair. Oscar said, “I don’t think they’ve even found an engine yet” Found?? Is it a scavenger hunt?? We took it to a wonderful mechanic who had it completed in 6 days for two thousand three hundred dollars LESS. Nevertheless the sucker punch remains. We paid 18000 dollars for a vehicle with 118k miles which engine blew in 4 months. No way out and can’t refinance that hefty interest rate because it’s age- but they knew that at the time of sale. In 38 years of car ownership nothing has sucker punched like this. More
I went into Classic Chevy the end of 2023 ready to order and purchase a new 2024 Chevrolet Blazer Premier. The salesman that I meet there was putting a Christmas Ribbon on a new car that he had sold and ask and purchase a new 2024 Chevrolet Blazer Premier. The salesman that I meet there was putting a Christmas Ribbon on a new car that he had sold and ask my girlfriend and I to wait in the lounge area and he would come back and get us. After more than a half hour, we went back up to his desk and he was walking up with new potential customers that he was trying to sell a car to. He completely forgot about us making us feel like a complete xxx for being there. I gave him both my cell phone number and E-Mail and asked him to please let me know information regarding the Towing Package. He never bothered ever contacting me. So after 2 weeks, I called and asked to speak to a Sales Manager and spoke with Mr. Hank Gaylor. Hank was very happy to work with me and order this new Blazer Premier. Since Hank could not take credit for the sales, he turned it over to Mr. Frank Rebolloso, who allowed me to test drive my new car and show me all of the functionally of my new purchase. I give both Hank and Frank 5 Stars. More
