when appointments are made one week in advance why does the vehicle have to stay over night for the next day to be slotted for repairs and evaluated. Also asked for a loaner vehicle and was told none given the vehicle have to stay over night for the next day to be slotted for repairs and evaluated. I have purchased 8 vehicles from this dealership and when don kerstetter owned it I was given his personal number to text/call him if I needed help. These people it just goes in one ear and out the other side. I had to call to get an update and for the most part I was told that they would call me back. I would not recommend this dealership until they fix this problem and issues REALLY You need to fix this More
