Mechanic shop/ service Service Dept did not find the problem several different times I brought my car in for service. I went to a private mechanic who identified the issue. Service Dept did not find the problem several different times I brought my car in for service. I went to a private mechanic who identified the issue. I took the car back to the dealership for service and told them what what an outside mechanic found and what he said needed to be done and after keeping the car after 5 days I picked the car up and the noise is still there after several days of keeping the car. They replaced struts that didn’t need replacing and turned the rotors which also wasn’t the problem. The car is still in the same position as it went in because the root of the problem isn’t fixed on the car. Very disappointed in the quality of work from the work shop and service dept. More
