Bought a used Toyota at Classic Chevrolet and Fady was easy to work with. Unfortunately, whoever was running the used car department decided to add additional "fees" that were not included in their Carfax easy to work with. Unfortunately, whoever was running the used car department decided to add additional "fees" that were not included in their Carfax ad. Irritated me that their ad said "Dealer fees included" and then they decided to add a $2,000 fee they cleverly (not) called a "Southern Texas Edition Package." I pointed out that the Texas Edition Package was a package added to new vehicles by the distributor, Gulf States Toyota. Long story short, they backed off a little and only added $1300 to their advertised "dealer fees included" ad. This is the kind of stuff that really gives dealerships a bad name. I actually worked as a technician, team leader and shop foreman at Toyota dealerships for 38 years so I have seen all the ugly dealership stuff from the inside. Why couldn't they just sell the truck at the advertised price? For whatever reason they felt the need to squeeze an extra $1300 out of the sale. I would have just walked out but the Toyota truck was the correct color and had the options I had been looking for several months. I am happy with the truck and the salesman, Fady, was very nice but he was (as we used to say) stuck between management and the customer. More

I wasn’t sure what to expect when we got to the dealership. I knew what make and model I wanted to look at but I was undecided on the color. My husband and I were greeted by the salesman Fady and h dealership. I knew what make and model I wanted to look at but I was undecided on the color. My husband and I were greeted by the salesman Fady and he was VERY helpful. He showed me both vehicles I was interested in and answered all my questions. I was having a hard time deciding on the color so he parked one behind the other. I was able to compare the two, side by side and easily make my decision. Not only was he helpful with the actual vehicle, but he made the buying process very easy. He was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Everyone at the dealership was very nice as well. I will definitely be using them again! More
