So I filed a review back on 3/6/25 about my bad with Classic Chevy. So what do they do? They reach out to my wife to talk about it, not me. Sales manager went so far as to tell my wife" I'm going to loo Classic Chevy. So what do they do? They reach out to my wife to talk about it, not me. I'll call you as soon as it arrives." Have looked on their website last 3 days. No longer shows in transit and eve has a stock# which means sitting on your lot. Reached out to my wife??? Nope So I got the pleasure(not really) of meeting the new owner and how he told me how much better it was from old lot it used to be( will not name at this time but most should know who it was). As a customer of both, I must say that in no way is it better than before. At least with them, could get some one to reach out to you. Don't go here, many, many other Chevy dealers out there to use. So started over 3 weeks ago, talking to salesman about AWD Equinox, asked him to locate one with different options( the owner says do it all the time). Went two weeks with no call so asked for different s AWD Equinox, asked him to locate one with different options( the owner says do it all the time). Went two weeks with no call so asked for different salesman. Decided to change to AWD Traverse, found 2 Z71's and 1 LT in the Lakeshore Blue I liked. Z71's have my options but run 55K each, Lt runs 50K but without the options. Again ask can you find me one( owner states does business in Texas all the time) with really only one of options I want a little cheaper. Next day you call me and ask does it have to be a Z71 in which I replied no, then you call me back about the Equinox I was shopping for. I tell you not looking for Equinox, but a Traverse. You say ok, call you later. Still waiting on that call. But wait, original salesman spoke to over 3 weeks ago about then an Equinox actually called me today to tell me he got one I was looking for from dealer North of us. I stated, really, because I called them and was told it was a service loaner in which he then why wouldn't give to us". Supposedly, this dealership is better than what it was before new management took over. Don't believe, I have dealt with both and now so upset, I might completely change what make I drive from now on. More

It was a great experience!
