I only came in for an oil change on an appointment at 10:30 AM, I checked in before 10 but did not get out until 11:54 AM, this is the longest wait ever for an oil change. More

The repairs were done timely and the car is running ok. The new system that is supposed to make easier to reach out to the service advisor is frustrating and non effective. More
