It's disappointing to say the least that for the 3rd time the screen on my vehicle isn't working. I hadn't even drove off completely from the lot when the screen shut off. When I first spoke on the phone I was told the entire radio was going to be changed, when I pick up the car it was actually the screen that was changed. That didn't work, as it didn't even last before it went out again. Marco saw it for himself and then advised a radio was going to be ordered. Considering I haven't heard back it's poor customer service as I'm not being kept in the loop. I try my best to keep up and take care of my vehicle I went as far as saying yes to getting the battery replaced, I paid almost $400 for the battery because I want to make sure that my car has the best. I wasn't planning on spending any type of money that day but I'm following what I'm being advised my the techs. After all this hassle at this point I should be reimbursed fully if not half for that battery considering I still at one point have to go back to get this screen/radio handled. This would be the 4th time More
