I had very horrible experience with Chevy car repair or collision center. I’ve been waiting for two months. They never care about taking my car fixed journey seriously even when I explain to them how impor collision center. I’ve been waiting for two months. They never care about taking my car fixed journey seriously even when I explain to them how important that I need my car as soon as possible they doesn’t care about that and they decided after like too many times I go to them and ask them. I’m begging them to make the process like faster because The car that I gave it to them it’s my how I make a living and they didn’t care about it unless I escalated to the manager, his name, Brad and abroad, he decided to to order or to get a new car from the dealership and he took the necessary part that I need which is right the decision but it’s too late for me. The guy who is handling my my my car case. It’s so lazy. I ask him too many times to do this and that but he never listen and he never care uneven like he’s tried to down estimate me when I try to like ask for a no explanation or I wanna ask his help to negotiate with the insurance because my car is sit with them for over two months other than that when I receive my car I receive it’s very dirty. They didn’t detailed it and looks. My car has been like a pendant in the desert. It’s dust everywhere And it’s been stick on the car seat. All letters is messed up with dust like I see dust everywhere on my car is still brand new car is it 2025 Chevrolet even that one one when they put the rear bumpers is not even they miss alignment and they told me it’s scam like that from manufacture so I wanna approve from you guys at the Chevrolet dealer that you miss alignment your car after production and if you guys need approved, I have all pictures and videos that approve that what they told me is totally wrong And the way that I receive car is totally it’s not. I’m not satisfied at the same time the car at is cleaned well and it’s also make me you know receive it two days behind because of that and I asked them also to do something very like easy which is polishing one of the part that I need to polish as a courtesy, but they they refuse to do that to me and they charge the insurance. It’s a double done the usual like they fixed and other other collision center, and they boost the price and the cost for to the insurance so all I need like a manager so I can explain I can give him the the clue about my horrible experience with shuffle it and I can provide that See that Chevrolet must treat their customers and compromise them no matter if they are white if they are, you know other skin tone of they are foreign if they are like American we need to get the treatment that we deserve because we are paying a lot of money to them and we need to be satisfied at the other More
