Nate Babic and Shane Thornton, service advisors, have been ‘quick’ to respond to customers at the counter and calling...most of the time, I’ve seen them deluged?? They are clear, complete and honest in their advisement. Great sales (here) but steady, consistent service response is what keeps me coming back. Ken Logar, manager of service, went out of his way to give a customer ‘special’ advice on maintenance while I was waiting, incl my questions in his clear explanation. Good teamwork in the customer’s behalf! More

Emergency repair I called the Service department and was put on the line with Nate Babic. I explained that my car had a tire that was going flat quickly at around 2 I called the Service department and was put on the line with Nate Babic. I explained that my car had a tire that was going flat quickly at around 20-25 miles and was almost totally flat when I stopped by. Nate said the service department was booked up with appointments for Saturday when I talked with him on the phone, but due to the issue, he would take my car right in when I arrived. Nate was ready when I arrived, took my car right in and fixed the tire asap, like he said he would. Nate was courteous, efficient and very professional. Nate is a valuable asset to Classic Service department and I thought you should know. I definitely will return the next time my car needs service. I have purchased several cars from Classic Madison (Chevy side) and I have been pleasantly satisfied every visit. Keep up the good work! More

Great team effort My sales rep Terry Petry went on a test drive with me and was explained the car in detail with me. John Costello the sales manager went over everything on the paper work to insure I understood everything. He worked with me to insure the price was to my satisfaction. Chris Gragg the business manager stopped by and wanted to insure I was taken care of properly and if I had any questions.
