I ran over a tarp type material in front of the dealership on my way to a meeting in Ft Worth and it got tangled up in my drive shaft and u joint. After not being able to remove it I walked back to dealership on my way to a meeting in Ft Worth and it got tangled up in my drive shaft and u joint. After not being able to remove it I walked back to the dealer and talked to the service dept (Anne) and they were able to take my truck and put it on a rack and remove all the material.
