Came in to get the back window wiper blade replaced. The young red haired lady, sadly can't remember her name, was very friendly and helpful. She noticed that my inspection sticker was due to expire and off young red haired lady, sadly can't remember her name, was very friendly and helpful. She noticed that my inspection sticker was due to expire and offered that service also. Glad that she did, saves me another trip out and that means a lot to a senior on a fixed income. She even listened to my stories after my car was ready, that also means a lot to a senior, we often get overlooked or dismissed but she made me feel like the most important customer that she had that day.
