I had an airbag sensor recall and they ordered the part and replaced it soon as got. During my appointment, I realized I had forgotten my wallet and was about to reschedule my oil change. However, Aaron took the time to check my service history and informed me that, after my third oil change, I would receive one for free. He also noted that I had only paid for one previous service, ensuring complete transparency. To resolve my issue, Aaron provided a convenient solution by offering to send me a payment link so I could complete the transaction once I got home. This level of customer care and problem-solving not only made my experience stress-free but also reinforced my trust in your dealership.
