She graciously took up the challenge and ran with it. She was super easy to work with, she was also fast and efficient. Like the song says, she "understood the assignment". After we had an understanding of a deal that sounded great, she allowed me (without hesitation) to go wander around the lot (no pressure, no shadowing, no stalking) so I could look at the other available inventory before finalizing my purchase. That was just the icing on the cake. To be trusted and treated like an adult at a car dealership was another fine example of the outstanding service I received by her. After numerous new-vehicle purchases in my adult life, this single transaction stands out (by far) as the easiest, most efficient, pleasant, and satisfying experience so far. I'm not sure of the culture and business model of Classic Chevrolet as a whole, but the staff (that I interacted with) at the Cleburne location was amazing. It is somewhere that I, myself, would not mind being employed at. It had a "you're at home" type of feel to it. It was a a beautiful facility, with a fantastic staff, and a GREAT inventory to choose from.
