I feel good about the work that is completed. But the appointment process is completely mismanaged. There is no reason to require a person to leave their car for over a week just to be assessed. But the appointment process is completely mismanaged. There is no reason to require a person to leave their car for over a week just to be assessed. Please create an appointment and if the car isn’t there when needed, then use your “back of the line” process. Come on team. We have amazing computers and apps that organize everything. It appears you have more people staffed at the front counter than you do in the mechanic shop. More
