Salesman (David) lied about certified warranty duration, he told me 10 years/100k miles for my 2016 CTS. (My fault for believing him and not reading the paperwork). My car was repaired at capital when someone tried to steal it (pushing it) and again when I was rear ended. I've been going to classic for nearly 15 years. I took my vehicle in for service in February 2022, when it was 'completed' there were still issues but thought I would take it back a few months later. Well, several months later I have it at capital and I'm told my rear differential ($5k) needs replacing... And my car is out of warranty!! I asked my service rep to have service manager or even the store manager call me... But never heard from anyone. Cadillac had always been my dream car and now I can't believe my next vehicle may not be. Lying salesman and incomplete repairs are now costing money. Not good Classic Cadillac. More

The service is horrible. My car been there 3 times charged and didn't fix it.Kept it one time 17 days an really didn't look at. They didn't so ask them when they said definitely Tuesday. Told me come get it Wednesday get it home engine light on slacken like crazy. Still doing the same thing. Take it back the charge for a gasket. Leave their still doing the same thing call the manager he has the guy call me back. I ask why you charge me for the gasket he say idk why he did that. Smfh. Bought my wife a brand new 2022 Escalade esv well above sticker price. The engine locked up at 6,000 miles while on vacation. Tried texting my dealer and couldn’t even get a text or call back. My car is 7 hours away having the engine rebuilt. I didn’t pay all this money for a car with a rebuilt engine. This place will sell you a car and then leave you high and dry when you need them the most. I will however give a 5 star rating to Cadillac of Pensacola, who is working diligently on my car with total transparency. More

IF there was a superbowl for competing dealership city to city ,state to state TOM MURRAY AND CLASSIC CADILLAC WOULD BE THE REIGNING CHAMPS!! AND I SPENT WELL OVER 120K for my purchase with them. More

Classic Cadillac is top notch! Tom Murray greeted us when we went into the dealership. He went over and above trying to find me a SUV that I was happy with. He was kind, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable about the cadillac's he sold. He was the nicest salesman we have ever dealt with and we've dealt with many. He sold us a SUV exactly like I was looking for. I am a very indecisive woman and have a hard time making decisions but Tom Murry made buying my car very easy for me. He and his fellow salesmen that work for him were just as pleasant as Tom was. If I could give this dealership and the sales associates 10 stars, I wouldn't hesitate a minute. I will always buy my cadillac's from Classic. There are many reasons I would buy from Classic again. 1. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely kind. 2. They don't tell you things that aren't true just to sell a car. They are honest! 3. 4. They put no pressure on you to buy a car that you're really not happy with. They will look until the can find one like you're looking for and they don't get aggravated with you while they are looking for dream car and walk away to help another customer and leave you standing there waiting for them to come back to finish helping you. The times that I was there while they were helping me figure out what all the bells and whistles on the dash of the car was for. I found that they treated everyone the same. Ian helped me figure out how to work everything on my car and you couldn't ask for a kinder, more patient man to help you. He had to show me several times and each time, he never got impatient or annoyed with me because I was slow at catching on. If you're looking to buy a Cadillac product. Classic is the dealership you should go with. We have bought Cadillac's from other dealers but was never as pleased with the overall experience as we have been with Classic. More
