I emailed you and left several messages …. I brought my car in at the end of my warranty … every day after that I had a new problem … pvc was first issue then I fixed it then chad told me sorry pvc turbo need fixing … we discount you … price after that got done my check engine light came back on so I couldn’t pass emissions once again they took my car promise to pass my emission for free … said they needed a person there to drive it 100 miles to pass gave it back went to transmission engine check light again at this point I’m upset they like sir we will fix it gave me my car back … and after a few day of driving my my car started putting called them and ask them what wrong did they fill it after a drive they said a little xxxxx … long story short I went to another mechanic and he said my transmission valve cover need replacing … now I’ve never had a problem accelerating… I mean it’s leaking out the bottom of my car like if it was done purposely…. Yo the point by day three my car wouldn’t shift gears… coincidence???? What about the time I did oil change and my car exploded with oil in my hood and they told it back … they no I was upset so your mechanic fix it … ps I brought my car in 6 times back to back and every time they diagnosis a new problem not seeing it before hand I also spent over 20,000 in Caddilac in car parts

Mr Long, I'm pleased and saddened that Bentley GMC and Cadillac here in Huntsville saw the way i was being treated by your team at Classic Cadillac of Atlanta and reached out directly to GM on my behalf. Like i said to you sir I'm truly disappointed and hurt at the way i was treated by Classic Cadillac of Atlanta. Now i do have to give public praise to Mr Tim as i know he did all in his power as a salesmen to try to make this right. He was the only one taking calls and seemed to be the only one that actual worked as for the 2 weeks straight i called NONE of the managers was ever around to have a conversation, or for that fact answer my emails. Again, in my 21 yrs of service this by far was the worst I've ever been treated by a business. Not to mention the hardship that this put on my family that i emailed the entire team to inform was happening and STILL no one cared. A mutil Million dollar company and Not One person to include the owner cared of the hardship it put a KNOWN soldier through. I have spent years away from my family defending the freedoms many enjoy here in the USA and while i love what i do keeping Americans safe and dont ask for much i would have like to have seen this Company at least show some compassion or just some respect for the service. However, that did not happen with this your company but again thankful Bentley here in Huntsville, Alabama did and pleaded on my behalf to get the $3,200 worth of maintenance completed and provided me with a loaner vehicle. However, this still did not prevent the fact that family had to miss yet another marquee event that i told your team about when purchasing the vehicle because its in the shop and as you are aware loaner vehicles are not allowed to leave the state. Mr. Long i will continue to Soldier on as always. Just knowing that this company has no respect for us as soldiers defending this GREAT COUNTRY! Just wish someone would have attempted to make this right or at least try to help my family so we could have made the event. But no worries we will eat all the cancelation fees and sadden kids as well.
