On 7-23-08 I took my car in because my air conditioner was blowing out warm air.They tested it and said my car needs an a/c compressor and evaporator,and I told them not to take the car apart if they had was blowing out warm air.They tested it and said my car needs an a/c compressor and evaporator,and I told them not to take the car apart if they had to charge me for that.But because the evaporator is in a hard place they had to take the car apart and they did so without telling me.And that is was going to cost me an extra $300.00 I was furious and told them to put the car back together and I was picking it up within the hour.I was not charged.Well I get the car back and my reverse tail lamps are not working,the place where e-check plugs my car in was not bolted back on. Then on 8-11-07 my traction control light was on and also read service steering system so I took my vehicle up there to see whats wrong and they replaced the steering rack. Today I took my car in for an oil change and inspection and the mechanic from a different place is telling I need a "rack" cause it is is leaking on the left side,I told them Classic replaced my rack, I have the paperwork at home so I got home called classic cadillac of Mentor,Ohio and they are telling me the warrenty is no good anymore.? between the service time and now I only put 16,000 on the car since than and now I am stuck with a bad rack,thats gonna cost me 700.00? More
