Disappointed this time around. Have a 2005 Chevy Silverado crew cab. The back driver's window came off the track. Had gotten an estimate for repair from Firestone where I usually go for vehicle service and then I got an estimate from you. What I received was a handwritten repair estimate using after market part numbers for a total of $445 and labor for 2 hours for $210. Lacey was not available when I took my vehicle in and a gentleman did the estimate, whose name I do not know. I bought the actual GM replacement single unit actuator motor and regulator for $71 with tax at Auto Zone. Took less than 30 minutes to replace. I was extremely disappointed in your estimate, needless to say. I had had an earlier repair visit and was very pleased. Now I am beginning to wonder how much ripping off is going on. More

I paid $94.00 for a diagnostic to be ran on my car . They told me it was the hub bearing when intact it was a faulty wire. Why should you pay for someone to guess what the problem is ?
