The service reps have always been very courteous and professional. If there is an issue no matter how big or small, they'll let you know and they don't pressure you to fix the issue immediately. You would think that a dealership with "Elite" in their name would be willing to eat the cost of their customers using a credit card to pay for services. Don't your accountants account for that in the overhead, or are the owners of the dealership that greedy that they can't forgo the credit card charge? More
