I am very disappointed with the service I received from Pam. There were things missing from my car and when I called the manager all I got was a sorry. Pam also asked me to reach out to the warranty becaus Pam. There were things missing from my car and when I called the manager all I got was a sorry. Pam also asked me to reach out to the warranty because there was a problem with her computer, customer service was horrible. I was told when I dropped off my car it would take two days, but instead it took 5 because Pam did not order the parts on time. Mr. William was polite when I called. More

Not great communication and keeping the customer in the loop on when the vehicle would be ready. They also found more issues with my vehicle after the multipoint inspection and didn't say anything about it loop on when the vehicle would be ready. The service experience at West Point GMC is the best I’ve had in many years. They are professional, organized and very expedient. I had a full first service of oil change, tire rotation, fluids check and eve had in many years. They are professional, organized and very expedient. I had a full first service of oil change, tire rotation, fluids check and even a car wash completed in 70 mins. I bought the car at another dealership, but, will only use West Point from now on. More
