Phone conversation with Phillip, new car sales. He had called me from an inquiry that I had made on their website. The website said to click for lower price which took me to an information grab. Filled out the form and that’s what prompted Phillip’s call. I asked what the lower price was, and he repeated the price on the internet. Every excuse in the book was given, but never a lower price. I asked to speak to the GM but was told that he doesn’t work Saturday’s. He also informed me that the internet price didn’t include over$2,000 in additional charges. Just took my 2022 Sierra 4x4 Texas Edition GMC Truck in to have the heated seat chip installed since it was not available when purchased about 6 months ago.
