Horrible Experience Purchased a truck or at least tried to, signed a purchase and sales agreement, gave them a deposit. I waited several days and after making many phone calls which were never answered I finally reached the owner who told me that he was "out of the loop and could not help me". Huh? He agreed to the price I was to pay. Finally salesman called me to say truck was sold to someone else. Unbelievable! Buyer beware! More

i went to classic auto sales to look at used cars and found a 199 bmw 323i for sale. the kbb value of the car was well over 20,000 dollars. i bought the car for 16,000 and it is a great car that has had found a 199 bmw 323i for sale. the kbb value of the car was well over 20,000 dollars. i bought the car for 16,000 and it is a great car that has had no problems. the customer service was typical, it wasnt bad nor amazing but it was good enough that a deal was made and i am happy with the car. the only complaint i have is that the car horn was dea when i bought the car and they replaced it with what must have been a horn from a 1980 carrola. the horn sounded like a joke and died shortly after. when i called to have them fix it it was going to take them over a week to see my car so i just had it fixed by a bmw machanic and got an oem horn. i was dissapointed that i had to go out of pocket. you need a horn to drive. it is unsafe without one. so thats my experience with classic auto in natick mass.
