I went ahead and looked into your service ticket as well as your extended warranty. Reimbursement for the tow truck would not be through our dealership but through Allstate, the company you have your extended warranty with, you can reach them at 1-877-204-2242. As for the battery, when your vehicle was brought into our service department, the cables were indeed loose. The battery you had in your vehicle was not an AGM battery, which Honda requires for the 2021 Honda Pilot. AGM batteries are required for the auto idle stop that your vehicle is equipped with to function properly. As for the coolant and fuel injection service, you agreed to those services over the phone the day the vehicle was towed in and then you called back the following day to decline those services after they were already performed.

So you mean to tell me that it was the battery itself that got purchased from auto zone 3 months before issue! If that was the problem about battery then why didn't you want to give me battery back! When i asked for that all of a sudden my battery was compatible ! All i asked for was proof that battery wasn't compatible! Then you drop the $400 charge of battery then literally tell me that the truck is fine! Your dealership talks about caring about peoples safety when the vehicle I'm paying for left my wife stranded with my kids twice with over $600 worth of tows! Before your so called diagnostic check! Which didn't answer why the vehicle turned off on idol without any warning!
