I'm so sick of dealerships treating you as if they were doing you a favor. I had an appointment for service and I interacted with 4 people, only 1 out of 4 was actually nice to me. Since I got off the car doing you a favor. I had an appointment for service and I interacted with 4 people, only 1 out of 4 was actually nice to me. Since I got off the car the guy got upset at me because I wanted to do "too many things" for maintenance. I guess doing tire rotation and oil change is too much of an issue. When it was time to pick up my car, turns out they had ignored some of my requests and weren't done. I had to take care of it myself. I just don't understand why I'm paying so much for these services each month if I'm going to be treated like this. More
