My husband has been a faithful Outback owner for several years. I owned an SUV comparable to the Ascent but had never driven one. I watched how my husband had no problems with driving in winter conditions; he always had better traction than I with a larger SUV. I stopped in to the new JMK Claremont Subaru to simply test drive the Ascent. Daniel Miller in sales was tremendous. The first thing he did is pop the hood and explain the special care and design of Subaru engines and additional steel reinforcements. A true professional believes in the product he is selling and the passion that Dan expressed in the safety and quality of Subaru was quite genuine and contagious. Test driving the ascent only heightened my interest more. Quality customer service and a genuine belief in one's product are priorities for me. Dan is a true professional who is committed to making your experience pleasant, informative, and to your full satisfaction. I received a full tour of the facilities, amenities when receiving service, met the sales manager, finance manager, service personnel, and having a special humane society event the same day for animal adoption was tremendous to experience at a car dealership. Caring about causes in one's community only deepened my positive experience. Though I sure hadn't planned on a new vehicle that day, I drove home in my new Subaru Ascent. I am a tough negotiator, and they respected my position and made it all work in a very fair and customer service-oriented fashion. Everyone was terrific to work with and I look forward to additional positive experiences with this dealership who makes community and customer service satisfaction their priority.
