I bought my used (1-year) Subaru there. Mark Lidano spent over 4 hours with me, never rushing me, and offering multiple options for test-drive as well as purchase. They provided me with a great deal for trade-in and customized the vehicle futher. Since my purchase, they are exceedingly responsive to any issue I encounter. This past weekend, a holiday weekend, they immediately fit me in for emergency service with a last-minute loaner and fixed my car the same day. The staff is wonderful and I recommend them highly. They offer practical advice, do not haggle about warranty coverage, and do not push service that you do not need. More importantly they stand behind their brand and their work. I recently has a costly engine problem with my car and eventhough it was out of warranty and they had no obligation to help me, they fixed the issue at no cost. There are very few dealers who will show this type of commitment to their cars. More
I bought a Subaru from Cityside two years ago and have had uniformly fine service experience. However, after a pothole accident that ruined two tires Friday I was amazed to find that in response to my late afternoon phone call the service department was not only waiting for me, but, taking my car in overnight, lent me a substitute car for 24 hours at no charge. I've been to four Subaru service departments, CitySide, Wakefield, Wilmington (out of business), and IRA (avoid, Caveat emptor). Also, CitySide uses original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. IRA Subaru did NOT, but I caught then replaced remanufactured parts with new OEM. More
