Hello FRANMYER PEREZ. very rude and unprofessional service advisor deal with me and force me to do recommended service and pay 647 dollars even I have premium warranty on my vehicle wich was covering water pump.he new I can not drive vehicle he said if you don’t do recommended service he will not repair water pump I had no choice . I am advising other people not to go to city world Toyota they take advantage of people
