Wasted my day, dealer told me vehicle in stock and price at msrp in an email and tried to add $10k at the table above sticker on a 34k rav4 for my 70+ year old mother in law who we had to help around on a c at msrp in an email and tried to add $10k at the table above sticker on a 34k rav4 for my 70+ year old mother in law who we had to help around on a cane all day. I could not believe they wasted their time and ours. Think twice before dealing with city world toyota they are not honest and upfront. Very dissappointing. More

Don't ever lease a car if you are planning to buy the car, they will charge you 5,000 dollars to switch from lease to buying. If they offer you additional guarantee that's another 5k.
