Buyer Beware! !! I Had scheduled appointment, traveled 83 miles to meet sales Assoc. This Sales Associate DID NOT show up!! Nor informed me that he would not be ab !! I Had scheduled appointment, traveled 83 miles to meet sales Assoc. This Sales Associate DID NOT show up!! Nor informed me that he would not be able to meet with my wife and I. What ensued was surreal. The Front Desk Associate who was pleasant and inviting, hurriedly scrambled for a Sales Associate to no avail. We were then pushed off to "General Manager" Mr. Issac Negrette. Mr. Negrette was Dismissive, Disinterested, unapologetic for our long commute and actually appeared bothered! Friendliness of Office Associates/greeters notwithstanding, the general atmosphere of this dealership is one of disinterest and disconnectedness. However, I must state in fairness, that one Sales Associate (Mr. Burnside) at our initial visit, was courteous, receptive and knowledgeable. However calls to Mr. Burnside was not returned. Efforts were made to contact the Hyundai Owner/Proprietor, but not surprisingly he was not available with little hope of any inquiry regarding our "sales experience". As result of what may be best described as apathetic customer service, my wife and I moved on to other network of Hyundai dealers and are reviewing other offers. Be cautious of this dealer!
