She is confident without being arrogant and she knows the business. This is my second vehicle with City World and as long as Diana is there I will definitely return to work with her again. I also would like to give kudos to Oscar (didn’t get his last name) who came to assist. He assured me everything was going to be fine and it was. He was very kind and calming.
