Horrible Experience Called for an appointment on Saturday morning. Told them I had to have the car back by Monday afternoon. When I arrived they checked that the parts fo Called for an appointment on Saturday morning. Told them I had to have the car back by Monday afternoon. When I arrived they checked that the parts for the recall I can in for was in stock. They had everything and said they may even be done that same day. They wrote my phone number down to call me when it was done. Monday afternoon came and no one called. I called to find out what was going on and after being on hold for 50 minutes. They finally told me that no on even looked at my car. I asked to speak to a manager, but he was on lunch. I called back an hour later and was told he is specking to another customer. I waited another 30 minutes just to be told he is now in a meeting and cant be disturbed. They promised to have my car done by the next day. Which they did, but I didn't noticed until after I left and got home that everything in my interior was soaked and any papers I had in the door pocket was damaged. They left the windows down and the car outside in the rain. I would never return here again. More
