Everyone knows that the experience of trying to get a new car & being in a dealership can take several hours and for me is was just that. I had tons of questions and concerns before purchasing my new vehicle. Ahmed addressed each and everyone of them, including letting me test drive the vehicle that I now happily own! Ahmed was nothing short of exceptional… he displayed not only professionalism but courtesy and compassion. I walked, well drove out of City World Ford with all of my questions answered and extremely confident and pleased with my new car. I bought a 2016 f 150 on feb 5 on feb 8th it started stalling on me it is now march 8th and within a months' time I have been to service 6 different times to find the issue and how ironic that they can' stalling on me it is now march 8th and within a months' time I have been to service 6 different times to find the issue and how ironic that they can't duplicate the problem all everyone keeps telling me is if they can't duplicate the problem there is nothing they can do I have numerous videos of the issue happening when it happens and all the days it has occurred and I went back to the dealer and when I said I don't want the vehicle because if I'm going through what I'm going through a month after I bought the car just image a year or two later and Nelson Muñoz, General Sales Manager and John Rogo, Used Car Manager told me there is really nothing they can do! how funny is that you sell me a car I paid 42,000.00 Dollars for and there is nothing you can do? I'm just supposed to stay with a car that keeps turning off on me and just keep paying a car note for a piece of crap this dealership is a joke I regret ever buying my f150 from them and will be pursuing legal action I urge everyone stay away I've been going through the ringer with them for about a month now and my car is still doing the same thing turning off at stops and they refuse to give me a different car or my money back WORD OF ADVICE RUN RUN AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!!!!!! More
